Well known winery, Lombard&Cie has developped these past few years a cuvée bound to become the company’s brand name, and its premium product. A challenge about to succeed.
With a 6 to 7 grams dose in order to preserve elegance and freshness, this limited edition target markets a clientele of experts. Its making accounts for 50% Chardonnay Grand Cru from Mesnil sur Oger, 30% Chardonnay Grand Cru from Chouilly and 20% Black Pinot Grand Cru from Verzenay. It is characteried by a mineral touch in mouth, and perfectly accompanies another high class product, caviar.
« Our customers first reactions are very positive » suggests Thierry Lombard. « Our clientele unanimously enjoys both the content and the container. » If for the time being no specific objectives have been set, the Epernay manager targets above all a high class clientele.
