Our wine makers nurture 489 parcels in the domain with specific care, aiming at extracting from each and every parcel its richness and character. Their work contributes to offer very selective wine making processes in order to elaborate a line that reflects perfectly the territory’s specificities, from ¾ black Pinots and ¼ Chardonnays.
Mailly Grand Cru specifics : a northern exposure, 35 years old average wineyards, and a well controlled productivity that provide the wine with finesse and subtelty. Th company developps very delicate Champagnes, to be served preferably as apéritif as well as to accompany subtle dishes.
Precision, creativity, elegance and sobriety, such are Mailly Grand Crus cardinal vertus. The company has invested 3 million Euros in new production machinery.
