Sébastien Higonet offers several formula to discover the Champagne vineyards, including a wine tasting on a lake.

From Vertus, where he runs Vinotilus, his travel agency, Sébastien Higonet has made a reputation for himself that expands over the french territory.
On the calm waters of the Der-Chantecoq lake, a few miles from the Champagne vineyards, on the more agitated shores of Brittany, or along the sunny Riviera shoreline, he invites to come aboard and discover and appreciate the story of each vineyard around the lake.
At lake Der-Chantecoq, sailing aboard a catamaran or cruiser ends up with a vist of the Vity vineyard. The program is carefully established. The gentle cruise on the lake provides the opportunity to discover the wildlife as well as the flora, along with the rich architecture with churches such as the one in Saint Amand sur Fion, and meetings with wine makers of the Perthois and Vitryat counties.
For groups or individuals, Sébastien Higonet offers one or two days tours in other areas of the Champagne wine region, oenology class with wine tasting evenings, sometimes accompanied by a Champagne dinner. « I take people away from their usual roots. I even offer, as an option, a saber cork popping lesson, with official diplôma presented by a true member of the Confrérie du sabre d’Or. »
